This MyCode will make the emails unreadable for bots, replacing the "@" character with "[AT]" and "." with "[DOT]'

Regexp

Code:
([A-Z0-9._%+-]+)@([A-Z0-9.-]+)\.([A-Z]{2,4})

Replacement
Code:
<a href="#" rel="nofollow" style="padding-left:20px; background: url(./images/buttons_sprite.png) no-repeat; background-position:0 -40px;" onclick="this.href='mailto:' + '$1' + '@' + '$2' + '.' + '$3'">$1 [AT] $2 [DOT] $3</a>

Test
Code:
my email is [email protected]
my email is crazycat [AT] c-p-f [DOT] org

This plugin is an implementation of GeSHi (Generic Syntax Highlighter - http://qbnz.com/highlighter/) for MyBB.

No changes have been made to GeSHi, so you can easily change the version.

Usage
Use the MyCode [ geshi=lang ] [ /geshi ] to have your code highlighted. If the language is not supported, a list of supported languages will be displayed.

Installation / Upgrade
Upload the content of the UPLOAD directory to your forum root and activate the plugin.

Settings
Actually, only one setting exists: the display of line numbers (default off).

Download : stable version

Add 4 MyCodes in MyBB

Code:
[warn], [info], [success], [error]
Each MyCode can have a title and will display your notice in a colored box.

Examples
Code:
[warn]This is a simple warn box[/warn]
[warn=a title]This is a simple warn box with a title[/warn]
[info]This is a simple info box[/info]
[info=a title]This is a simple info box with a title[/info]
[error]This is a simple error box[/error]
[error=a title]This is a simple error box[/error]
[success]This is a simple success box[/success]
[success=a title]This is a simple success box[/success]

  Santa-hat on avatar corners... or whatever you want
Posted by: CrazyCat - 11-30-2015, 04:09 PM - Forum: Tutorials - No Replies

Hello,

Here is a small tutorial to add an image on the top-right corner of the avatars in the posts.

I did that for x-mas but you can use it for anything.

1. Template editing
Source: postbit_avatar
Add a span with a helper class:

Code:
<div class="author_avatar"><span class="helper"></span><a href="{$post['profilelink_plain']}"><img src="{$useravatar['image']}" alt="" {$useravatar['width_height']} /></a></div>

2. CSS file
Create a new CSS file, wich must be loaded after the existings. I called it xmas.css
Code:
div.author_avatar {
   position: relative;
   margin-top: 10px;
}
div.post.classic .helper {
   right: 40px;
   left: auto;
}
div.post .helper {
   background: url("images/small_sh.png") no-repeat transparent;
   display: block;
   left: 35px;
   right: auto;
   top: -10px;
   position: absolute;
   z-index: 5;
   width: 50px;
   height: 55px;
}
The sizes (top, left, right, width, height) must be changed depending on the picture you use.

The picture I used is
.png   small_sh.png (Size: 3.57 KB / Downloads: 25) (uploaded in the MYBB_ROOT/images/ directory)

Nota
I've simplified the div.post.classic .helper style, but the complete one is:

Code:
div.post.classic .helper {
   background: url("images/small_sh.png") no-repeat transparent;
   display: block;
   left: auto;
   right: 40px;
   top: -10px;
   position: absolute;
   z-index: 5;
   width: 50px;
   height: 55px;
}

Result classic

Result "normal"
